Ocean Kai & South Boston Liquor Mart have advanced into the final round. The final round will begin on Wednesday, August 21, 1991 at 7:00 PM. The series is a best 4 out of 7 games. There will be no Friday games during the final round. In the semi-finals, Ocean Kai, who finished in first place with a 22-2 record, defeated Jimo's in three games while the Liquor Mart needed four games to finally put away the Bayside Club. The league will provide the softballs and will pay the umpire fees. The South Boston M Street Softball League Committee, coaches and players are grateful to all the people who have attended the softball games throughout the playoffs and the regular season. We hope that your interest and participation in the league will continue in the future. |
