CELEBRITY SOFTBALL ALL-STAR GAME
MONDAY AT M STREET

The Maypr's office in conjunction with the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the M Street Softball League will be holding a Celebrity Softball game this Monday, July 6th at 7:30pm.

M Street All-Stars:
Tom Greene, John McGrath, Ed Bonano, and Bill Eliot (P), Mike Larkin and Chris Burnell (C), Bobby Lerro, Ed Meagher, Marty Lee, and Jay Stanley (1B), Bob Dobay and Jim Menjin (2B), Mark Beale and Paul Chapin (3B), Rich Madden, Mike Gregorio, and Denis Burke (SS), Jim Higgins, Jabber Joyce, Brian Ward, Jim Miller, and Paul Tedeschi (OF), Ed Meagher and Sam Moran (Coach).

Celebrity Team: Top Secret. Team is expected to be loaded with well known sports and political figures.

Mayor Ray Flynn has also provided free hot dogs, soda, ice cream ,and coffee along with a disc jockey to play your favorite music.

This is to be a great evening for everyone and Mayor Ray Flynn and the M Street Softball League are looking forward to seeing you at the game.

The all-star game will kick-off the opening of the newly refurbished M Street ball field along with the opening of the M Street Softball League, which will open up Tuesady at 7:00 featuring B.T.U vs M & 3rd and at 8:00 Moran Club vs JJ Daily's. On the N Street side, Old Harbor takes on the Teamster's Pub at 7:00.

The M Street Softball League has been known throughout the city for its outstanding amateur softball competition, with some of the best good natured rivalries you would find anywhere, and all for free. You can take in a game, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights at 7:00 and 8:30 pm.
