Bobby Wogan's sacrifice fly to right scored Charlie Diblasi from third giving Citystyle the come from behind win. One batter earlier, John Young doubled home two runs to tie the game.

L Street Tavern 12 - Corner Tavern 7
The L Street tavern avenged an earlier loss to the Corner by handing them their first defeat of the season. Kevin Turner's four-hits (6 rbi) and Tommy dickey's strong defensive play led the way for L Street.

Deeney O'Malley's 16 - Shannon's Tavern 12
The O'Malley bats were cooking again as they out-slugged Shannon's to earn the victory. Joe Pano, Bill Louberry, and Jay Turner were the offensive stars for O'Malley's.

DJ Linnehans 8 - Citystyle 6
Citystyle's late rally fell short as DJ's held on for the victory. With the tying runs in scoring position, Dennis Lynch pulled a ball down the left field line that was certain to tie the game. But Linnehan's right fielder Bobby McGarrell got a good jump on the ball and made a sliding catch to end the game.

Deeney O'Malley's 12 - Bay View Liquors 2
O'Malley's made quick work of Bay View by defeating them by the ten run rule in five innings. Pitcher Tommy Greene grabbed the easy win.

Corner Tavern 2 - DJ Linnehan's 1
In the featured game of the week, the Corner Tavern used defense and timely hitting to earn another win against DJ's. Despite the loss, Linnehan's pitcher John Gregorio held the Tavern batters to just four hits. But a bases loaded walk to Tommy Nelson forced in the winning run from third. Mark Senna earned the seventh win of the season for the Corner Tavern.

Shanon's 5 - Bay View 1
Jimmy Ahern's double to right opened up a four run lead in the fifth inning and Jay Malley held on to earn his first victory for Shannon's. The Tavern also made some great plays in the field including a nice play by shortstop Greg Gerbatavitch.
